Seahorse’s Business Units use subcontractors to perform some of the project steps like Fabrication, Civil Work, Erection and Painting of the Towers and Installation services. Management information System (MIS):
Seahorse has developed business unit specific MIS for effective tracking of daily operations and site status. We are also in the process of implementing ERP for robust documentation and control across Seahorse.Quality commitment: Seahorse has been practicing our own organizational standards for service delivery and our activities. This also enables us to evaluate, improve and motivate our people, processes, projects and practices.












Quality Systems for Subcontractor and Outsourcing:





Seahorse’s Business Units use subcontractors to perform some of the project steps like Fabrication, Civil Work, Erection and Painting of the Towers and Installation services. Only the potential subcontractors who meet Seahorse’s technical, business and quality requirements are approved to provide services and are under direct supervision of Seahorse’s teams for their performance. They are closely monitored by project and quality teams through site audits. For assuring communication and alignment on trends and requirements, their businesses are subjected to periodical reviews and rated.
